How does my plasti-dipped grill look?

I plasti-dipped it this afternoon, I'm not sure how I like it. I've since taken it off the Toyota emblem, so that's chrome now, which makes it look a bit better. Then again, I didn't really like how it looked when I took off my running boards, and now I love it, so maybe I'll leave it be for a while and see if it grows on me. What do you guys think? There's something about my truck I'm just not a huge fan of, and the more I think about it, I think it might be the rims. I'd love to find (trade) for a set of Sequoia rims.

EDIT: weird how perspectives change overtime... I like your wheels! Perhaps the tires, are you looking for a more aggressive look?

No, the wheels are teflon coated American Racing Mojave's.

Plastidip the bumpers as well and you will have a nice completed look. I think the mix of the three colors makes it too busy. But I do like the grill! Just think since you already have black wheels, and black SR5 trim that plastidiping the bumpers would tie it together nicely.
If you do it try to put slightly heavy coats on the chrome like 25-35% transparency it will ultimately give a smoother finish.

grille looks good, but I think the part that might be bothering is the chrome bumpers. Black those out and I think you'll be much more pleased!

Those are the exact wheels I'm wanting for mine. I think they look great on 4Runners. If you add an aftermarket front or rear bumper those wheels will really look nice with the whole package. Chrome just doesn't fit in. It's more for stock rides.

That grill looks good. As some have said, dip your bumpers and get some clear corners and maybe some clear turn signals too and the look will be complete. I like the wheels. They look tough!

Clear corners will ruin your ride IMO, but blacking out the bumpers would look nice.

haha, the wheels have grown on me too. It IS the tires I don't like. A lift and some DuraTrac's are in my future at some point.
