How does this deal sound?

My credit union found '06 SR5 with follwoing options:
Roof Rack / crossbars
Double Decker Cargo (didn't want it but its already there)
Leather Wheel / Shift Knob
Tonneau cover
Wheel Tire Upgrade ($100) not sure what it is???

Price is $25,388 +tax. I appreciate your feedback.

$200 under invoice

I just checked invoice on edmunds. With the options on the car and including the $605 destination fee the Invoice = $25586. Their price to me is $25388 (including destination, doc fee and $18 tag fee). That means +/-$200 under invoice. Is this as good as it gets (within reason)?

that sounds like a great deal, i would trade mine for in that price except i dont really like the new 06s as mush as the older ones... btw i bought an 04 in august for 24k otd, they were asking 29 otd. for 2k more i def woulda bought a new one instead

o and the 100 upgrade for the wheels is the 17 inch limiteds on the 04, i wonder if they are the 18 limiteds on the 06s for only 100
