How long is your daily commute?

For those of you who use your 4Runner for daily driving, what kind of mileage do you accumulate on a daily basis?

Right now, my commute is about 10 miles round trip, but I'm moving at the end of the month and it's going to increase to about 60

Let's see who's got the longest drive!

(FWIW, my commute prior to now was 110 round trip!!)

Mine used to be about 75mi round trip, but I got a transfer to a different shop and now its down to about 15. Honestly, I kind of enjoy a long drive to/from work, gives me some time to wake up in the morning or relax at the end of the day.

You might think different if you lived in a state with more adverse weather;a half hour commute can turn into a 2 hour drive when winter hits here and it's not relaxing. Also a long drive in traffic wouldn't be my idea of a stress reliever;a long drive in the country,no problem.

I've been lucky since my commute is only about 16 miles round trip and has been for the last 13 years.

I am 2 mi. to work and it takes me ~7 minutes I average 13-14 mpg. I tent to drive kinda hard. I love being so close to work I get to go home for lunch every day and that makes up for the low mpg

My commute to and from work is about 124 miles. And I have to do that 4 times a week. I already put 11,000 miles on it since April.:guitar3: Beside that, I try not to drive it a whole lot.

We'll be moving soon, so my commute will be cut down in less than half.:biggrin2:

Mine is 14 miles away from my house....and RonMAIDEN said the commute that on a backed up sunny day takes 30mins....can take about 2 hours or so when its snowy depending on the idiots...

Lucky me I have a company car, but my wife takes the T4R sometimes about 15 miles both ways.

104 miles round-trip (100 highway miles), looking for a job closer, but I get about 22 mpg driving 70-75mph...not too bad. My best was 25 mpg.

52 miles round-trip mainly highway since we moved out of the city and into the suburbs..my commute used to be 8 miles round-trip.

Mine was 18 miles each way with little traffic, but i just got a new job so now it will be 26 mi. each way with more traffic. I am going to try commuting with the wife, we will see how long that lasts. Even with sat. radio I still really dont like driving/sitting in traffic.

My commute is about 50 miles round trip unless I am working from home. Then it's a 15 ft. commute down the hall that doesn't require my 4R.

Currently 5 miles round trip on side streets and takes about 7 minutes each way. Used to be 40 miles round trip and didn't care for that.
