116,000 on my '99 4cyl, 5 speed, avg 18mpg. Bought it new. The only thing I've replaced beside a few light bulbs & preventive maintenence is the Cat & tires.
PS. I still have the origional brake pads!
149,000 on the body & 5000 on rebuilt motor.
Original brake pads went at 133,000 miles.

My 99 is right at 137,500. I've only put 250 miles on it since I bought it
Just got my 2000 last weekend. ran like crap when I got it on the freeway on the drive home.
Had to do some tuning up. New air filter, wires, plugs, fuel filter, cleaned the TB and Idle air control valve. It also had bad gas in it.
... so did all that and put some fresh 91 octane gas in . Runs perfect now.
I got 251K miles. Hope it goes many more!

Maybe they took yours to go get lunch or something... The salesman took my picture and everything.... made me feel like I was king for a day... had a grin thicker than my payment booklet. I posted that pic here someplace and I think I even have the polaroid- somewhere.

My 96 4runner has 304891 gets 17 mpg no rust most of the parts are original and runs like brand new so I must say that there is pretty darn good:high5:

I guess I'm happy I found a killer cream puff. 1997 V6 SR5 seems like grandpa owned and never abused. Full service carfax from original dealer right up to timing belt pulleys and pump at 70k. I purchased it with 88,100k
As of today I am at 93,250 miles. Almost don't want to drive it but that's just a waste seeing it will probably outlast my F250 diesel I let sit and DD this.

Moroney167 drive the heck outa that thing! You still have 100k left to break it in! Haha, I've got 274k on mine. Just replaced the motor at 270k. OG motor still ran great but crank shaft pulley went and tore up the end of the crank shaft. IMHO never EVER get these motors rebuilt, they can't get the same tolerances so the motor won't last like stock. I got a 140k motor for $900 and couldn't be happier. Oh and just got a complete elocker axel with 75k on it for $400!!!!!:-D

Bought my '02 last month with 145,600. Been sort of a crazy month, I just hit 148,000 and MAN does it drive like a charm. I don't know what it is, but I get kind of excited every time I hop in to take a drive :driving:
A few members said I wouldn't like the power loss going from the 4.0 to 3.4 but I can still do 70 up the passes and get everywhere I need to go!

This weekend I just hit 138k miles. This is the lowest miles on a 3rd gen I have ever had which is awesome cause it's my favorite one!
