Hey guys new to this website and my first post!

151418 miles on my 98 SR5 4x4 V6. Loving every mile of it!

Basic routine maint. Oil, brakes, etc... and changing out the spark plug wires, but that's all. It still runs like a champ, and it tows a 2500 lb. boat every now and then on the weekends.

96' SR5 2WD with 190221 miles on it as of today. I've had it since January when it had 183k something on and have had ZERO problems until today when I had to drop a bottle of Lucas in the gas tank for a piston missfire. A friend of mine has a 92' 4Runner with nearly 400,000 on it, crazy.

2002 SR5 V6 only 46,000 miles, still a baby. No issues at all. One minor $8k fender bender, ouch.

'02 w/ 95k. Runs perfectly.

Shocks, brakes and intake upgrades were my call.

Routine maint + water pump, timing belt, hoses and belts (@ 90k)

I'm glad my wife likes her 4R - it looks as if it might last a loooong time...

96 4runner 2wd 3.4l with 145000 miles bought it about a year ago with a 120000 just done routine maintance and a few performance upgrades and plain to keep till it dies

I have 60,000 on my 2003 4Runner and I expect to keep for at least 6 more years so figure at 160,000 miles. As long as you take care of it it will take care of you! I normally buy my vehicles so my 4Runner will be with me for a while...I'll definitely get another 4Runner.

I traded my '97 4Runner in a month ago for a new Limited...

I had over 187,000 miles on the '97, and never had a problem. Just routine maintenance and oil changes.

I never even had to change the brakes! Just prior to trade-in I had it checked and the pads were still about 70% in the back and 40% in the front!!!!

Try that with a Ford, Chevy, or GM!

That's good to hear since you have one of the higher mileage '98s out there that I've seen and I'm just at 117,500 on mine and power delivery is just as good as my mom's '99 Limited w/70k on it.

I have about 82k on mine. I have had it 1 year and 5 months and it had 60k when i bought it but I have since started driving my Acura daily to keep the miles down on the runner so I expect to keep it for a while and i dont plan on seeing 100k anytime soon. But i also have a 93 Mustang with only 83k I only put about 1200 miles on it inthe past 3 years
