133,167 on my newly bought '99.
Of course, now I'm trying to track down a hard start/ not wanting to rev above 3000 issue that somehow I missed during the test drive and that the PO didn't mention.
Funny thing; a few months ago, my 2003 Rav4 rolled over 140,000 and immediately the alternator started giving out. It started squealing, and by 140,003, it was dead. Almost like it did it on purpose. Only repair I've ever done to it beside brakes.

I have 306100 on my 97 and still going strong. Does anyone flat tow their 4Runner? Mine is a 97 Manuel transmission Manuel transfer case and I want to tow it behind my coach without having to drop the DS every time any thoughts?

about 300 miles or so from 200K on the 99 and about 1K away from 200K on the 98. Both have minor issues but fill like they will last forever.
