'01 4runner miles

I bought my 2001 in August of 2010 with 72,200 miles. Now it's up to 76,600. So far it has been amazing. Puts a smile on my face every time I get in it

Checked the Carfax report and impossible to verify the maintenance. The carfax report only shows 2 minor accidents. It is in very good shape though. The car was bought at an auction by the dealership.
What's the reasonable life expectancy for such a car with considering a medium maintenance on the car?

Hard to tell, if the maintenance is sketchy. If the engine is not sludged from lack of oil changes, then they are usually still good for at least 300K. Some people have well over 300K miles, and not with the best service either.

If it makes you feel better, my sister bought a '97 Limited with 232K miles on it last month. Paid $5200. It did have immaculate maintenance records though.

Just bought mines with 230k. First thing I did was take it to Canada going through several blizzards. After a week of owning it, it now has 233k on the odometer and its running like a CHAMP!!!

thats around the ammount of miles i have on my 99 limited 2wd. i can tell ya that i rarely run in to any failures other than the normal stuff (alternator, battery, starter, etc) so i can say that year of trucks are SOLID. never been happier with any vehicle in my life. sounds a bit expensive though.

107k miles on my 2000. Runs great, needs a new muffler. Rear hitch and bumper are rusted.
