How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

Is this good ?

Looking at a white 2020 TRD Offroad premium without KDDS
MSRP $44800
I got them down to $40500 before local tax license and warranty.
Tax license and 10 year warranty equal about $7000
Out the door I’m looking at $47000

With all that being said I’m in Southern California which usually means prices are higher.

Apparently this is the only truck in this configuration in my dealerships reach and they are shipping it in from Arizona. White is a desired color in CA.

What’s everyone’s opinion ? Fair or too much money ?

Your at 9.5% off, I would try to push it to 12%. Camelback in AZ has one without KDSS and they are advertising 40,566 directly on their website without any haggling just for an example...

Warranty I’m getting “at cost” for about $3500. Supposedly they retail it at $6500. This is the 7 year 100,000. They are throwing in an extra 3 years also.
TT&L is also $3500 (thanks CA).

Warranty seems still high but only you can make that decision. I would do more googling to see what others have paid, make sure that you don’t also need to pay a deductible, what it actually covers, etc.

I’m somewhat considering opting out of the warranty all together. The number 1 reliable vehicle for years is making me feel comfortable without one. I’ve been researching for a while and after going through this thread I feel like I’m in the fair market ground. Not over paying but not getting a smoking deal. I walked out of the dealer once today and they let me get to the driveway as I drove out before they dramatically ran after me.
I swore I’d never buy a brand new vehicle again but here I am.

OTD: 41,900

Also got Toyota to beat my Credit Unions' 3.7 Interest Rate as well.

All in all, I think I got a good deal

I actually ran a quote through my credit union and they offered me the same warranty for $1300. Mentioned it to Toyota and sounded like they are gonna match it. I don’t like the dishonestly and direct lies to my face regarding cost. I know that’s how dealerships are but sometimes it’s just downright disrespectful.

Here is a picture of my deal I did have equity in my trade and put $2500 down Wilson Toyota in Ames iowa is where I got it from

You paid full MSRP and then some. You didn't pay $43K. You just had $11K in equity. That's why they gave you so much in trade.

We all have to use the same terminology here or this is a pointless question to answer "How much did you pay."

Thank you for posting the screenshot though, that helps clarifiy what was an originally absurd statement that you paid $43K for a 2020 TRD Pro.

Picking up a 2020 TRD Off-road. All weather mats, tint, with 7yr/250k mile limited power train warranty, Toyogaurd platinum. Pretty happy with the price. Over 10% off MSRP was my goal and I don’t feel like I get bent over or raked over the coals. :guitar3:
