How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

Sorry. I am running the same question in two threads making it more complicated then it should be.
MSRP: $42,486
Price: $38,700
OTD: $39,968
Premium, KDSS, Chrome Pipe, Remote Start, All Weather Mats, Sliding cargo, Toyoguard (seems to be on all 4Runners in the SE no matter the model)

I'd tell them to get it to 38,600 out the door. Tell them you're not interested in the Toyoguard or the chrome pipe (tell them to take it off, they wont, but saying it makes your case stronger). Those are unnecessary. Tell them you want the mats thrown in for free, or if they wont to give you the standard carpet mats.

10% off MSRP is my target range. Depends by regions and of course tax, license etc, etc and will differ from state to state so it doesn't make sense to compare total price OTD. I just stick to the percentage off the MSRP rather than invoice price. But invoice is a good starting point. At least that was my past experienced when I was purchasing my '14 4r last Dec. This is the break down.

I paid $38,975 OTD for a 2014 Trail with KDSS, Entune Premium 6.1, cross bars, exhaust tip, carpeted floor mats, cargo net, all weather mats, and all weather cargo tray. They also drove it to my house (60 miles away) complimentary.
I didn't care about the carpeted floor mats, exhaust tip, and cargo net but these options were already on the car.

This is a great thread BUT Im really frustrated with the answers. OTD, out the door, WTF. This means something different to everyone. Your taxes and tags dont ever need to be included in the purchase price since they are different in every municipality. All we need is the MSRP plus any dealer handling and dealer added options. Forget the taxes and tag fees.
My 2014 Premium with mats, Cross bars, Running boards and $500 rip off Dealer handling came to $39,000 and I paid $37254 with Toyota free 3 year financing. There were almost no 2014 Premiums left in Denver area so no better deals at least offered me. I didnt want to wait for a 2015 a couple weeks out plus no free financing either. I didnt want the Limited Wheels or climate control or keyless entry. The all wheel drive would have been nice and the front end was better looking in my wifes eyes but I wasnt paying 4 grand for those. Anyway we love the truck.

What's also frustrating is listing prices for trim packages that do not exist.
No such thing as a "2014 Premium".
Either you have an SR5 Premium or you have a Trail Edition Premium. So when others are trying to compare cost, either MSRP or OTD they need an existing trim package to compare to.

Just paid for my 2015 Trail Edition Premium with KDSS, all weather mats and cargo tray, cargo crossbars, TRD Matte Black Wheels and BF Goodrich AT KO tires (all dealer installed) for $40,500 OTD. This does not include Alaska registration or dealer doc fee - those total about $350.
MSRP on the truck before wheels and tires was $40,925. MSRP for the wheels was $860 and I am not sure about the tires.
Not sure it was a good deal, but it was exactly what I wanted and this trim and color have been pretty hard to come by in the Pacific Northwest.
Stoked to pick it up right after New Years! Going to be a long trip home, but should be fun. Picking up in Seattle and riding Ferry up the Inside Passage, driving from Haines through the Yukon and finally arriving in South-Central Alaska.

MSRP, Not sure really.
Selling price before tt&l $34023
tt&l (tax is 6.25% + $350 T&L) is $2477
So the total OTD price is $36,500
No other fees.
This is a 2015 White with cloth seats, Trail Edition (non kdss, no sunroof) with Nav, Step tubes, mats & a couple of other small items I think. No trade, cash deal.

I also got them to bump the value of my trade in by an extra 1k.
After taxes, titles and fees (~4k) it was about 47k OTD, but since I got 30 for my trade, only had to pay 17k financed at 0% over the next 3 years. :guitar3:

Leftover 2014 TE with KDSS, Nav, mats, a few random dealer options. 33,900 plus TTL so 35,700 OTD. Pretty happy with that but sad to have to sell my 2002 SE...wife insists though. Both great trucks and looking forward to many years of fun with the new rig.
