That's exactly what I paid through Costco for mine with the same options 10 days ago. Didn't pay delivery or anything else, total was $38,500. Trucar showed a few hundred cheaper.
I was on the Costco site 2 weeks ago and wasn't having any luck with Costco and local Toyota dealership pricing. I could do the $38.5k + fees, but that would require me to put some money down, which I'm trying to avoid. Essentially, my "down payment" would be my trading in my 2012 Acura MDX (tech package). I'd likely finance through my Navy Credit Union, unless Toyota has a lower APR. Anyways, on with the search. :cheers:

If that's OTD price I doubt you will get a call, if that's before TTL I am shocked they didn't accept, maybe demand in your area is high.
No tax in OR, but offer did not include DMV fees. Those would have been an additional $400. I noticed Toyota 'Keep it Wild Savings' is in effect until 1/8. Is that the end of their fiscal quarter, or is it the end of the calendar year. I figure they will want to deal on a stock vehicle before the fiscal year ends to recoup their hold-back quickly.

If that is not out the door number you should be able to get that for $38,500 without a problem. Did it have many port installed options? A no option KDSS TEP would be less than 38.5 here. If they are commanding 39.5 pre TTL for a no port option unit, find another dealer.
Thanks for confirming my gut feeling. Port options were floor mats and cargo liner. I told the dealer to take them out.....I'd rather have Weathertech mats. Otherwise bone stock. They said their bottom number was $40.4K +TTL and let me walk out. Time to find a new dealer! Any idea if the keep it wild savings will be renewed into 2016?

It is regional for certain but the entire midwest is $1000 to $1500 less than he is being quoted. e-mail several internet sales managers to get the bottom line. Send me your zip code and I will put in USAAs service to give you a top number based on dealers in your zip code. e-mailing multipe dealers and telling them you are ready to deal, especially if you are willing to travel a little will get you that price. Be patient, they make these by the boatload!

Discount of $3031.72 + $499.00 (remote start) total $3,530.72
Toyota financial was 3.34% for 60 month
Wasn't planning to buy today but for $0 down and 60 months at 3.34% seemed like a good deal.
I think this was a decent price.

TRD Pro, ordered. $1,500 off msrp on bone stock. $40,950 before TTL, inclusive of $900 delivery fee. Waiting. It's the hardest part.

Getting ready to take the plunge. Here's what I'm looking at on a 2016 TEP with KDSS, Exhaust Tip, Roof Cross bars, and All-weather mats + cargo tray:
$38,635 before TTL in Colorado. MSRP is 41,470.
Asked around other dealerships to see if they can beat it...still waiting to hear back.
I will be trading in my 2010 Taco DBL Cab PreRunner with 53k miles....hoping to get 20k for it.
I think I'm getting a decent deal on the price after reading through this thread. What do you guys think?
