How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

Just put the deposit down on a 16 TEP, I guess we didn't do as good as others, but they had the advantage.
Wanted Super White with KDSS, only 2 within a couple hundred miles. They did give me pretty good money for my trade, so I'm happy.

Went to the dealer yesterday and I was trying to pick up a SR5 premium, 4 x 4, 3rd row...msrp was 41500, they had it priced and discounted already to 39600. They dropped it down only to 39000 and they didn't budge any lower. I offered 38000 for it and they declined it, so I left....and get this the 4Runner already has 800 miles on it.

I would certainly keep looking. Ive got a deal going for the same vehicle, less third row with tube steps and mats for 36,100 with no trade in. And im not done yet trying to find a better deal. I just saw a guy here in houston found a TEP with kdss and if it's possible to find here my plans may change a bit.

The true car price for the 4runner in my area is 39k, and that's how much they want to sell it to me here. But the 4runner had800 miles

true car was $39,500. and mine had 7 miles on it when we started the test drive.... 11 when we left the dealership to take her home

I just acted like TrueCar was gimmicky and was firm on my 37k budget and they worked with me and got me what I wanted

Yes, 2016 SR5 base model. With 4x4. Fabric seats and carpet floor mats all around. Power windows etc with regular key with remote unlock/lock/panic. Entune Premium w/ navigation (blue tooth and apps etc). Dealer installed tinted front windows, body side moldings and door edge guards.

$33,500 was the price we negotiated. They added $527 for dealer docs. Cannot recall taxes and title....but standard for Arizona.

They were asking $2,299 for the Toyota extended warranty, which I passed on.

I paid 40,787 for my '16 Quicksand TRD PRO back in Sept. For me it was the Quicksand color, and the decent deal on it. Made getting rid of my Limited worth it to me.

No 3rd row - I'd have to double check the sticker, but I believe the only 2 options beyond the base premium package are the cross bars and the all-weather mats. I tried to get him to swap out the tires for BFG Ko2's for the difference in cost over the stock tires - he didn't go for it (lol).

Funny enough, there was an identical truck on the lot for an MSRP of $25 more - I asked what the difference was, salesman said mine didn't have carpet mats. I said, ok, so it has no mats at all? Not a big deal, I'd be buying rubber anyway and no need to pay $25 for carpet mats to eventually be sitting around my garage. As it turns out, the all-weather mats are priced cheaper than the carpet mats, so I saved $25 by upgrading mats? Odd. That's when I knew this was simply meant to be

I'm looking at two different sr5, both 4x4, both with 3rd row....

one is a premium, no remote start, msrp 40500 and have them down to 37800.

The other one is a SR5, NOT premium, has the remote start and more opitions, msrp 39100 and they want 36000.

Not sure witch one to buy??
