I got mine from Fred Anderson Toyota in Columbia, SC. They took a little over 6k off sticker, but only around 4K off MSRP. That paint protection, pinstripe, etc is pricey! Lol. They just waived all of that cost because I didn't want it, and they didn't want to wait for another one to come in.
Invoice pricing in Northern CA is considered a good deal :sobbing:

Carson Toyota is usually pretty good with pricing. Before it was called "off-road" when it was Trail, my quote from them was around $37-38K with KDSS.
Thats a good price.. I got a SR5 39k OTD lol well its Vegas so.. and I paid 35k Invoice without taxes
My stated price was without tax, title, and license fees. KBB had the invoice at $33,496.

Just joined the 5th gen club today. Got a Nautical blue 2017 Limited 4x4 with floor mats, locking lugs, cargo cover, roof rack bars, and cargo net. $41400 before TTL. it had 1 mile on it. I may still keep my 3rd gen as well. I've been waiting for the past 3 years to get it and I got sick of waiting for the 6th gen or the next "refresh." Loving it so far!

34600 (before ttl) for 2016 trail seem reasonable? Many a dealers around me are asking 4500 off msrp on the 16 trail non kdss. They claim no kdss and must be special ordered

I'm in San Antonio and tried to deal on a '16 Trail. MSRP was $39486, and sticker was $40,861 with dealer installed options. I offered $34,750 + TTL and they wouldn't take it. The best they would do was $36,500, which seemed awful high for a '16 to me, so I walked. Sounds like you have a good offer.
I have not found a singled 4Runner in Texas with KDSS. I don't believe they are available through Gulf States Toyota.
Trying to validate if this is a great deal or not. 16' Trail, Mag Grey no KDSS. 12k miles on the odometer, clean car fax. Northern VA. All in they are asking $34.8 OTD.
Dealership is offering $22k for my 2010 SR5 Mag Grey. 3rd row, 4WD. 50k miles.
Can anyone offer any guidance this deal? I haven't found a comparable deal anywhere else.
