Not sure where in TX you are, but I just bought my TRD Pro in Cement for $43k, they also had a black PRO there, unsure of how many TRD ORP. Call Atkinson Toyota Bryan, TX. I dealt with Chris Waller and he wasn't pushy at all, if you end up going there.

About 7.5% discount which isn't the greatest deal compared to others in different regions, but decent for Bay Area prices.

2016 SR5 Premium

First off, thank you to everyone that has posted in this thread. It's been hugely helpful in trying to determine how good or bad a deal is. I just went through the process of buying my first T4R. Hopefully my info is helpful for anyone looking to grab a 2016 before they are gone as dealers seem to want to move them.

2016 SR5 Premium in black with moonroof, running boards, all-weather mats. Paid $34.4k (before TTL) on an MSRP of $39.4k for a discount of about 12.7%. No trade and no financing as I was already pre-approved at a low rate from my bank.

I purposely waited until the last day of the month/quarter as I was not in a rush to buy. As suggested in this thread, I reached out to dealers in PA, NJ, and Maryland through email at the beginning of the week. Most quotes fell between $35.2k and $36.2k for the same vehicle with the same MSRP. A few dealers reached back out on Friday last week with their final lowest price. I ended up buying from Koons in Westminster, MD as no one came within $800. Very smooth process. The truck and paperwork were waiting for me when I got there and was in and out fairly quickly. Would highly recommend working with Brooks.

The drive home allowed me to quickly get acquainted with the truck. Absolutely love it!

Today I paid $40,850 OTD for my 2017 trd off road premium w/KDSS, moonroof, and running boards. It even came with a cup of coffee for the road.

Maybe I could have squeezed another $200 out, but I don't feel ripped off. Another dealer said the best he could do was $41,545.

Whatever the price we agreed on xxxxx, the OTD is usually 11% more (tax and license )

Texas might be lower tax

2017 TRD OR Premium

So, just joined this forum. I'm looking to get a new T4R OR Premium with KDSS and Moonroof. After about a week of talking with Dealers in the Pacific Northwest, I found that it's very difficult to find an TRD off road right now. Most of them are gone before they even hit the lot. Basically there is nothing available right now anywhere, and the few that are available, the dealers want MSRP or just a couple hundred off MSRP.

I ended up using the Costco deal, which means I have to order and wait at least a couple months or more, however I did net $2107 off MSRP using this. I don't think there is anyway else to get a discount on these at this point. There is low supply and HUGE demand. Great for Dealers bad for Consumers. The other thing I'm hearing from the Dealers is Toyota is pricing the Invoice much higher than other vehicles making it harder for Dealers to drop pricing.

Every dealer within a 100 mile radius of me wouldn't go lower than MSRP for my TRD Pro. Some even wanted an additional $5k or more on top of that.

I just got a 2016 SR5 with 3rd row seating for $33,300 OTD.

I have been working my ass off trying to get a MGM TRD Off-Road Premium and finally had to order one because I couldn't find anything near-by that wasn't already spoken for...I worked out a deal where I was supposed to get the TRDORP (no KDSS) with standard options for ~$40k after tax and everything, but the guy I was working with had an emergency in another state and referred me to a different guy at Toyota that is quoting me ~$38.5 + $4100 in other fees, now making the total $42,7. I feel like I got led on and now the dealership is calling me telling me if I don't like the sound of it they have other people that would gladly make the deposit...What the hell

I am on a time crunch at this point in my life because I have to move to another state and was planning to use the 4runner to help me move. I feel like the guys at the dealership knew I was in a desperate position and now I feel like I've been jacked for $2000 and told "take it or leave it" when they KNOW I am in no position to leave it...
