No trade. I had pre-approved financing and a deal for 42,000 on the same configuration waiting at a dealership in Ft. Worth. Decided to give my nearest dealership that I'd already worked with for test drives, etc, a chance to beat it, saved me some driving!

I just got a '17 TRDOF as well, wanted silver or white and they were very hard to come by around here, just 4 scattered over 30 dealers. Got about the same deal as you on a silver.

No, as that varies by locality.
I did throw them a bone and agreed to $150 doc fee. Everything else is govt. fees.

Not sure if anyone answered your "wheel locks what the hell is that" question. I have them on my other car, which has alloy wheels. 1 of the wheel bolts has a special pattern that needs an adapter, so your typical lug wrench won't get the wheel off the car without it. It's useful if you're driving around in shady areas.
Just picked up a 2017 limited 2wd in Blizzard pear , black leather and loaded for the wife. OTD was $ 46,200 . Most dealers aren't giving any deals on these or the trucks. I tried to get it for $45k with no luck . Hope this one runs as long as my 97 sr5. She has 275k on her and runs like a Swiss watch
My MSRP on my '17 SR5 Premium was 40469 + accessories 1298 for a tototal retail of 41767. With a 2423 dealer discount it dropped to 39344. I had a trade allowance of 5100 to drop that to 34244. With sales tax 2366.25 and dealer doc feed 299.85 and reg fee 299.50 the total I owed was 37139.60. No room for negotiation on the dealer discount, so I upped my trade allowance up about 300 from what they originally quoted. Couldn't avoid dealer doc and reg fees, so dealer basically paid for dealer doc fees with the increased trade allowance. Not bad for a car I'll keep for the long term which hold value pretty damn well. I was looking as 1 or 2 year used with about 30-45k miles that were just $5k lower in price, but these were all used as rentals according to carfax so I figured I'd just buy new. Money is already spent, deal is done, I'm driving the truck now so I'm happy

We picked up our 2017 TRD OR Premium with moonroof, all weather mats/cargo tray + roof rack cross bars for $37.7k before taxes + title + dealer doc fee ($300). MSRP was $40.9 so I felt pretty darn good with that! Just got it yesterday! :yo:

Barcelona Red with Graphite interior.
I've bought another 4Runner from him in the past, maybe that helped.
