How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

I've negotiated with several dealers around Dallas/Houston/Austin for a 17 TRD Off Road Premium...Most are OTD door around $41.5K with sunroof, KDSS is hard to find around here for some reason. Working on deals with two dealers right now and they are within a couple hundred of each other. Most of what you see online I've found out is either not available or already sold. One dealer mistakenly shared their "invoice" costs with me, it looks like they make about $3K on every unit.

I guess you are referring to Off Road Premium.
Invoice is approximately $2.5-$3k less than MSRP. Even if a dealer sells a vehicle at Invoice, they are still making a good profit. As far as I know, all dealers share invoice price if requested.
FWIW, while I was signing the paperwork yesterday, I asked for a copy of every document and the finance guy was not willing to share one page which I briefly looked at and it showed the base price for a TRD pro @ ~$37,700. I don't know if that's dealer cost but it definitely looked like it based on how he acted.
I know mine is a couple years old, but i paid $41k out the door for my 2015 TRD Pro (super white). I got a $1000 military discount from the dealership and a $500 discount from Toyota. It stickered for almost $43k, so i paid less than sticker...i thought that was a good deal considering it was a pro.

Im guessing you mean TRD Offroad premium. if so i bought mine in tx with what you describe minus kdss for 40,700 out the door, another guy bought one the same day trd pro for not much more than that.

There is good discounts for SR5 and Limited versions in Midwest. TRD Off road Prem and TRD PRO are more difficult to find in dealer lots, and there are less incentives. TRD Off road with KDSS is really difficult to find. Toyota inventory search isn't working to locate exact 4runners you are looking for. Many dealers know very little if any about KDSS.

Well, it finally got here today, pulled the trigger 2 Thursdays ago, took a week to get a tag and 5 days on a transporter to get here.
Looks amazing. The Cement is great, doesn't show dirt, not too hot, very very happy.:banana:
TRD Pro, only options are roof rack cross-members, floor mats, cargo net and exhaust tip.
