In May I picked up a 2017 TRD Off Road Premium for $39,218.00

- XP Predator package (Predator sidesteps, TRD grill, TRD wheels w/all terrain tires, black badging)
- moonroof
- 3rd row seating

- chrome exhaust tip
- hitch ball mount/ball
OTD including 7% tax was $42,800
They had to special order - expecting it by end of month.

? What is that? Some sort of setup type of fee on the PDI? I know motorcycle dealers love to try to charge hundreds of dollars to do the final assembly on bikes. Just another way to squeeze more profit out of you.

Holy crap that's a lot of options. I bet they enjoyed selling this one. I usually tell them don't give me no options lol
I've gotten quotes of $33.5 - $34.5 at both Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa and Elk Grove Toyota.
Other than the 20" rims that sounds sweet.
I got everything at dealer invoice and the after market stuff at dealer cost... I just wanted all the basics done.

TRD ORP in Tucson
I just picked up an OR Premium in Tucson today at Precision Toyota. Only factory option was sunroof. Dealer added window tinting and door edge guards as part of their standard deal, which is too bad as I'd have preferred to get my own, darker tinting done.
Vehicle price was $37,500. With tax, title/license, etc., OTD cost was $41,894.40. Seemed like a decent deal to me.
The dealership is quite impressive, with an incredibly modern and clean facility. My salesman, Carlos Anaya, was easygoing and straightforward, with no major pressure or BS. I went in very well-educated about what I wanted, having researched pricing well. Negotiations were short and painless. The finance guy also was pleasant and didn't push options on me after I told him that I didn't want anything. Overall it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences that I've had.
