Costco has TRDORP
My local Costco was selling a TRDORP for $39,998 with:
Black TRD Matte wheels
Terra Grappler off road tires
Black front valance
Black rear valance
Black out front Toyota logo/emblem
Black out roof rails
All weather floor mats
I'm not sure how much Costco negotiates on their sticker prices, but not too of a bad price with all of these customizations.

Paid 36,999 in so cal for a sr5 premium 4x4, moonroof, rubber floors mats...blah blah blah with some other junk on it. Dealers definitely did not want to negotiate too much on the vehicle in my area.

Some of these prices are borderline depressing, my built-to-order was only discounted $2.5K below sticker. If it wasn't for my fiance` wanting the sliding rear cargo deck, I would have gone down the TrueCar route and managed a steal.

Was looking to buy used but the dealership wanted 40k OTD for a 2016 trail premium with 31k miles on it and wasn’t moving on the price so I just purchased a 2018 magnetic gray TRDORP for 38k plus Ttl , no kdss ,no sunroof, all weather floor mats, crossbars, all the basic stuff so it was 42k OTD not sure if i got a good deal coulda gone lower but the salesman was really easy to deal with so if your in Las Vegas NV Daniel Jenkins at autonation Toyota is the man!

I'd say that is a good deal. It's all about looking at the percent off of MSRP. That's the only way this thread is helpful so the potential buyer can compare apples to apples.

Very difficult to find a 3rd row in white with a dark interior. From what I understand, in total, only 10% of the 4runners have a 3rd row. I possibly could've saved a little more by driving 3-4 hours to RI or MA, but when factoring in the time, it's just not worth it IMO.
question: how long do I have to wait to start modding it (ie, lift, wheels, tires, etc)? I feel guilty doing it to a brand new truck....maybe I'll drive it around for a month or two first.....

The main thing is: I am Super happy to have this 4Runner! This is my second one: my first one was a 2008 SR5 which I bought used in 2010 with 24,000 miles on it. It only had 120,000 miles on it but sadly it died in an accident.
