Mine was a 2017 GTI Sport with manual trans, black, 19100 miles. It had monster mats, wheel locks and the trunk mat with cargo blocks.
Carmax offered $17000. The dealer where I bought my 4Runner gave me $18000 as a trade-in.
16 Sr5 for 19 TRD Off-road Prem.
Here is my deal;
TRD ORP Silver - No KDSS but with Sunroof: MSRP $41140 - (3800 off MSRP)
Paid : $37340 plus tax/lic/doc fee($100) in Minnesota
Trade : $26000 for 16 SR5 (non-prem) 43k miles which is 1K over KBB good value so kind of feel like I got $4800 off LOL.
Transfered my old clean rubber mats, cargo cover & tray, hitch cover, and crossbars from the old one to save some more.
Wanted to buy one with VIN# over JTE------K5632980 to help avoid the front differential bearing noise issue(TSB - search for it). Hope this helps.

$42 without tax and title fees?
$42K plus $599 doc fee. Taxes were minimal. In Alabama you only pay tax on the difference between the sale price and your trade-in
I just got quoted OTD after tax 42000 for KDSS/sun roof without predator package in AL. I am trying to get another 1000 off. is 42000 a good enough deal already without the predator stuff or should I also try get them include it in my deal?

TRD Premium Package: Steps, blacked out badging, TRD wheel and NITTO tires. (Plus extras the dealer put on there like tint and whatnot.)

Kicker is if you put 2k down they’ll match it up to 2k if you finance thru their bank.
I haven’t countered to see if I can get more off, this was strictly a quote over 1 email.
Is this a good deal? Should I counter and see if I can go lower??

Damn good deal if they aren't trying to rip you off on a trade or there are some hidden costs. Only fee that you may have to pay is a $75 doc fee which is by law maxed at $75 in New York. Any other fee take it off. I assume it is a 2019.
