Anytime you do a special order it will be more expensive.
You probably will not receive a special order by mid-June. It takes 4 weeks alone for the boat from Japan. Then it depends when Toyota builds the next batch of TRD ORP. I'd have a backup plan.
I haven't noticed a difference between off the lot and special order in my experience, but I guess it depends how long it has been sitting on the lot.

Did you maybe mean regular OffRoad and not the premium? I'm asking because the MSRP on ORP with kdss and moonroof+steps doesnt add up to 42:
ORP base: 39995
kdss: 1000
moonroof: 850
steps: 650
delivery: 1045
total: 43540

Moonroof is not an option on TRD Off-Road.
I think he is confused about what he drove, but I'm pretty sure it was a base TRD Off-Road, not an Off-Road Premium.
He also mentioned the "Premium Audio" option which is a TRD Off-Road option.
TRD Off-Road: 38,285
KDSS + Premium Audio: 1,595
Tube Steps: 649
Delivery: 1095
MSRP: 41,624
Probably had some floor mats to bring it up to 42,000
38,800 is good price on ORP+KDSS for this area if a dealer can actually manage to get it for you fast enough through special order.
I was told my ORP with no options would take between 8 and 16 weeks to get here...

Sounds about right. I'm looking at several ORPs and noticing a slight difference in MSRP, for example:
model 8672A = 39995
model 8672C = 40195
Do you know what the actual differences are? Google not finding anything on this. thanks!
I'm pretty confident it has something to do with when they were built, and Toyota makes price adjustments or something throughout the year or when something happens.
As far as I can tell, any 2019 4Runner with the last 6 digits of VIN 660379 or less are A, and all 666710 or higher are C. I'm not sure where the exact cutoff is.
The last 6 digits of the VIN are the production number, and they should be assigned in order built to keep track of quality.
There was a $200 increase from A to C for all trim levels.

Thanks for explaining, makes perfect sense. Is there any real reason to go with 8672C over the A?
Don't think so, but it's probably easier to find at this point.

Sorry for the delay. Got home late last night. I got my 19 TRDP from Hudiburg Toyota in OKC. About 10 hour drive to Parker, CO with food/gas stops. I worked with Will in sales he was 100% honest and straightforward. No BS and no surprises, which was huge considering I flew in to buy without seeing/driving first. If you work with him and make a deal let me know, he said he would give me some $$ for any referrals I send his way.
In the end I’m just happy to have been able to avoid buying from Autonation. They wouldn’t budge off $10k over MSRP..... and they had 3 in VooDoo blue sitting on the lot.

I bought a Buick at Hudiburg in a suburb of OKC. Very good price and easy and honest to deal with. Hudiburg is a volume dealership so you can and should get a good deal.

How much haggling did you have to go through? I'm close to making a deal but the lowest I can push him is 38.5 + TTL for 2019 ORP + KDSS no other options. I want 38k but he wont budge, wont even toss in anything extra like warranty/maintenance
