How much did I pay?
I got a 2019 SR5. I opted for the gray TRD wheels, black overlays, all weather mats and cargo. MSRP was 40 and change. Out the door for 36 with 6 year 75,000 mile warranty.

Hey guys...I’m thinking about trading in my 2018 ORP w/kdss for a TRDP....my question is has anyone purchased a pro recently and what kind of numbers were you getting? Also I’m having a difficult time getting a value on my 4runner from the online book values...i dont see an option for KDSS...i know it added roughly 2K to the sticker on my ORP. Thanks
My numbers are in the post previous to yours. I purchased my '19 TRD Pro two weeks ago.

No disrespect, you got a great deal however that deal is very limited and doesn't apply to most seeking accurate pricing.

None taken. MSRP on mine was somewhere around 49,600, I negotiated to 47 and then pulled the supplier card to get to the final price.

I purchased by 2019 TRD Off Road from Don Valley North Toyota earlier this year. I asked for $2k off MSRP and he & the sales manager didn't even hesitate so I'm sure you can definitely get a better deal than I did. If you are interested ill DM you the sales associate's name.
I contacted my local Toyota dealer and inquired about ordering a 2020 pro....they said they still dont have pricing on it but would be willing to take 2K off the msrp if i ordered through them....that seems like a solid price but i have no idea what the price increase is going to be for the new pros with the new tech upgrades and whether or not I actually want those upgrades....the idea of simplicity in the current 4runner is a lot of the attraction to it.

Besure to ask your dealer what spot you have. Alot of dealers oversell the allocation and end up making some wait awhile for their ride

I purchased a '19 ORP in February from Brookfield Toyota (Napleton Dealership) for $4.4K off MSRP. Your decision to keep it a close radius was probably better since you didn't have to drive up to Wisconsin.
In retrospect I should've just went St. Charles Toyota. They were a tiny more expensive but I wouldn't have had to put up with Napleton bullshit. I found quite a few dealers were fine walking away and not negotiating (Schaumburg was one I distinctly remember)

Reading through this thread, a lot of people have recommended looking out of state for better deals if you live in a state where 4Runners go for more.
Is there a consensus on which state(s) dealerships typically offer the best deals on 4Runners? I don't mind traveling a bit for a good deal, but I'd prefer it to be somewhere closer to the west coast (I'm in Seattle).

Washington State is as good as any. You can get 5% off or more on a Pro in Washington state now, Olympia is a good place to start. now there are a ton of them out there. Peterson in Boise is another dealer that is basically at invoice. I have also gotten invoice quotes from dealers in the Phoenix area. I paid invoice for my pro back in March before there was a huge supply of these things. Or you can buy mine.

Try Ian and Tony in Olympia, they are pretty straight forward and if you throw out a reasonable number they usually take it. Especially now at the end of the quarter.
