Yeah. Mine with options was 45k and change. OTD was 40.5k

I have an offer on the table for an Off Road Premium, with KDSS and no other options in the color I like. It is $37,770 plus tax, title and registration. I emailed all dealers within a few hour radius (Arizona) and this was the best response. Is this a good offer... or how much could I negotiate down from here? Thanks!
I paid 39 for my ORP w/ KDSS and sunroof at precision. It MSRPd for around 43.7. I’d take that.

Looks like some good deals on here! I've finally made up my mind to purchase a new 4Runner and want an ORP w/ KDSS and don't really want a sunroof but would take one if needed. Looking for MGM or Classic Silver.
Seems like many of you are getting $4k to $5k off MSRP (that savings can be used for lots of mods). I'm in Portland OR so does anyone have a dealer nearby that they would recommend?
I really appreciate all the great content on this forum and am excited to be an owner after researching everything from older LCs to Jeeps to Tacomas!

Email bomb every dealer in the area. Sub $38k should be your goal for ORP w Kdss and no sunroof. Depending on the region, these can be hard to come by. Kdss with sunroof is a more common package.
If you can't get close to that around Portland, keep expanding your search radius. For me, I found a dealer 9 hours away that hit my target price. I went back to my local dealer and they wouldn't match it. But the savings still justified the trip out and back to pick up the truck. I really don't care about the quality of dealer I buy from because I am going to walk in, give them my check, and drive away to never see them again.

Was Larry Miller in Peoria higher than your lowest offer? If not, have them counter. They are a high volume dealership and can usually beat another deal.

I see '19 ORP models with mods listed for $37,500. I don't think they will get less expensive then that. The less inventory available as the year passes will hurt you too.

My guess is first or 2nd week of Sept 2020's will be on the lots.
I was able to get a base TRD ORP for $35,980 all via text/email. It was last Saturday so not even the end of the month. If they have the '19 ORP on the lot right now, i would make contact now and start negotiating, and see towards the end of this month what they can do.
