No, this is before TTL. WA has some crazy registration and excise fees.. something like 680~ for my ORP and 10%~ tax
good price, may be able to get lower is my feeling though when I purchased mine. lake city didn't want to do less than 41 last month, so that may give you a better idea of where they are now. I asked them to match the 39.5 and they declined last month (also no moonroof)

I was skeptical as well, but a quick check with cars dot com and there are exactly...zero black pro's in CA.

Also, of the trdp's, the green is the most abundant at 180. About double of black and white which are 2nd and 3rd.

Haha no I don’t think I would make it through life if I was that naïve LOL. I did my research and that was in fact the only black on black 2020 TRD pro 4Runner in the entire state of California listed for sale.

Well I'll be damned. Also, it's a bit redundant to say "black on black". They all have black interiors.
Got mine for 43 OTD, as equipped at SF Toyota.
Early Nov 2019, I went looking for a must have list of: 2019 TRD ORP with sunroof and KDSS, color didn't matter and other options were useless to me, within 1000 miles of me, best price possible. Other options were considered only if they were "free" since I didn't want them. In my geographic region, I could find tons of Limiteds, a few Pros, and some SR5s, but no deals and no TRD ORPs.
I emailed several dealers early in the week. Only 2 responded. Worked a fair deal out by email and let them know I could turn this quickly. That next Sunday early morning I took off and was home with the new Barcelona Red TRD ORP with sunroof and KDSS by late Monday night.
I found mine under $37K OTD (before trade in) with 10 miles on the odometer 950 miles from me. Plus they offered a commendable trade in on what I would drive to them to make the deal - after trade in I wrote a check for about $24K.
Final cost was an additional ~$300 for gas and lodging making the round-trip plus my time to do the 1900 mile round-trip.

The crazy part of that story is trusting them on a trade in value from 1000 miles away. I can't believe they didn't mess with you on that, or some chincy fees they forgot to mention.
I've made some big trips for a car, and I'd fly to get one. But the trade in thing blows my mind.

ORP with KDSS and moonroof. I called ahead of time, and told them the exact car I wanted and told them how much I'm putting down and they had it ready for me. I knew the price before walking into the dealership and they didnt try to upsell me on anything.
I'd considered leasing mine because I wasn't sure how I would like transitioning from a sedan to a truck-based SUV, but ultimately just purchased. I had the dealer run the lease numbers for me - 2019 TRD Pro with sales price of 45,132 had a lease rate of ~480 for 3/30k with 0 down. This was through a local credit union the dealer used, not TFS.
I called sf toyota and that was a hard no, they didnt even bother countering. I dont know when you went in but dealers are not making any deals right now. Most are saying lack of supply is countering the lack of people buying them. I'm so exhausted, spoke to over 30 dealers and no one will budge at this point.
