That is after tax, title, tags and some nonsense "antimicrobial" coating for $795 which is just silly.
Glad I ran this by you folks. More I think about it this thing is just flat out overpriced. Could get into a '19 TRD Pro for these prices.
JFC. You should post which dealer it is trying to take advantage of COVID and scam its customers.

We bought a Barcelona Red 2020 TRD ORP Premium with a rear floor mat as the only option for $38,250 (before tax) about 4 weeks ago. We then promptly ordered $4k in parts, wheels, and tires to make it close to a TRD Pro clone. LOL.
Two weeks prior to us, a friend bought a blue 2020 Venture with Predator steps and clear bra hood for $42500 (before tax).
The trucks were bought at two different dealers in Kansas City.

Which dealer? I have a deposit on a Venture at one down there. The deal should come out to $41,050 before TTL if the incentives remain the same for next month.

$43,839 was the MSRP. We also got the Toyota $750 incentive. So:
$43,839 - $750 = $43,089. Then the dealer had it listed for $41,500 as part of their internet listing. We got them down another $3,250 pretty easily. I'm not including state tax and registration as it's so variable depending on where you live.
Perhaps we got a good deal because most buyers shy away from red? It had been sitting on their lot since mid-June and we bought it in late July. Only had 5 miles on it too.

That's a pretty solid deal for a Venture.
Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota is where we bought ours. My friend got his Venture at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam. I was so thrilled with Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota that I went back a week later and asked if they could match or even beat the best internet pricing for a ton of TRD parts my wife wanted. They did and beat it by another 5%.

Yeah, so far it's been pretty painless. I called Costco to find the closest dealer in their program and they told me it was dealer invoice minus $500 plus any Toyota incentives. So, the $1,000 for August and then the $500 Military/Veteran discount.
Hopefully September incentives are just as good.
What TRD accessories did you go with? I really want to get the TRD Pro grill because I'm a sucker for OEM+ modifications.

We ordered the following below. I would have gone with some other brand aftermarket parts like non-OEM wheels but it's what the wife wanted and she's excited to have a modified vehicle for once. I do like using OEM parts where I can. They can be more expensive, but you know they'll fit and they're built to OEM standards. I have a lot of BMW performance parts on my M235 and they're excellent.

That sounds really awesome. Your build sounds very similar to what I want to do with the Venture. Sort of a TRD Pro lite?
M235i sounds like a blast. My other car is a MK7.5 Golf R. Gotta have a fast car in the stable if you're also getting a Runner. lol

Funny you say that because I refer to my M235 as "M Lite". Golf Rs are stellar rides.
TRD Pro Lite for sure. I modify my cars to be OEM+. It was hard to justify the money for the Pro when we could make an Off-Road our own. The wife doesn't know a Fox shock from a potato.

Those M cars are really enjoyable. Different animal, but I was very close to pulling the trigger on the X5M.
My wife was tired of me spending so much time in the garage with my S4, so I went with the Pro to try to curb the mod bug. It didn't work very well, but I also like to keep things OEM+, so at least these mods have been much less involved than my Audi. I'm not trying to build this over 400AWHP.

No I bought it from Oxnard Toyota in LA. I have a family member in the car business that hooked me up with a Toyota manager. I remember someone mentioning Frank Toyota in National City negotiates prices but I haven’t tried myself. I think Santa Margarita is a Costco dealership that might also be better if you are a member. I take mine into Toyota of Carlsbad for the free toyotacare services but they wouldn’t negotiate a deal on a new tundra for me either. I will probably buy my next Toyota out of state. Fly one way and then make a road trip home out of it.
BTW 2021s just came up on Toyota’s website. Probably start seeing a lot more cement and army greens on the road with the new trail edition 4R.

Yea, RSM Toyota is part of the Costco Auto program.
Was looking at their TRD OR w/KDSS and a bunch of other add-ons for an MSRP price of $43,928, was offered $41,549.77 with the program before TTL. $45,500+ OTD. Definitely not even close to the type of deals others in this thread are getting.
Did not buy, would rather get a TRD ORP without KDSS.

$41.5k before TTL in CA isn’t too bad of a price in current market conditions. Also depends on if it includes other packages like moonroof, cargo tray, etc. I love the KDSS system as long as you don’t plan on lifting too much. I have 1.5” Dobinson rears with Kings and it rides great.
