OEM pads are my only choice.
no matter DIY or have a shop do it, make sure you have the old fluid flushed out. when I reset the caliper pistons, I always open up the bleeder first, then push the piston back in so all the dirty stuff is going out instead of being pushed back to the ABS block. of couse I'll flush and bleed the whole system after all the new pads are on. Toyota pads can last 60-70K miles easily, and they are pretty good on not producing much of dust.
