How much is it worth?

Hello everyone,

I am wondering what my T4R might be worth if I decided to sell it. It is a 2001 Limited 4X4 with 93,000 miles. It has the TRD supercharger and exhaust as well as the boost guage. It has the center-lock, all original, never off road, never towed anything. It was in 1 accident back in early 2002 and was hit from behind but everything repaired by the insurance company. The trailer hitch absorbed most of it. Some of the extras are, black pearl lettering, TRD air filter, window guards, front bug guard, window tint, sun shade, and built in (hard wired) radar detector. There's no rust on this vehicle and a few minor cosmetic issues such as 2 small tears on the side of the drivers seat, the drivers seat leather overall is worn more than the other seats, and there's some wear on the leather steering wheel. Other than that she's pretty clean and I get many compliments on how nice I've kept the truck. It's always been maintained and just had an exhaustive 90K service a couple months ago including new timing belt, water pump, thermostat, new cam and crank seals, all new hoses, new brakes all around, and a change of all the vital fluids, all in all about $1500 in parts and services. Tires are Goodyear Fortera and went on at 68K so should be fine through about 118K. Battery is less than a year old. I have searched online and don't see another 3rd generation with the supercharger kit for sale so that's why i'm asking for opinions what it might be worth.

i am not sure what's with the color on the wheel. it's the wheel that came with the truck. maybe it is just the way the light was hitting it when i took the picture?

yes, just thinking about it but i don't think i'd sell it for less than 15 especially after just spending about $1500 for the 90K maintenance. I see T4Rs for sale around here too, i was just wondering what value the Supercharger kit and all the extras would add. I know it is hard to compare years and generations, i saw a 2004 on the local craigslist with about 90K miles and they were asking 17999, and it was an 04 SR5.

Yeah you couldnt get close to 15 especially with being in an accident. You could get a 4th gen for that. Id say hold onto it.

I'd say $9k give or take a few hundred dollars.

That's a good looking truck. I have never seen that color combo before.

The best way to make the most of the sale is to take off the TRD supercharger and accesories. Sell the rig for ~$9-$10k (the $8k comment was idiotic.), then sell the supercharger for $1.5-$2k with accesories. It's a 2nd gen charger, so you should be able to sell it quick.

its not worth 9 or 10k espically without the supercharger.

4Runners aren't LandRovers. 01-02 4Runners with less than 100k miles will pull in $9k-$10k. Just because you're not willing to pay that, doesn't make it the market price.

This would be a steal for $9K. I'd say you could get $10K easy. I'd list it at $11,500 or $12 and see what happens. But i wouldn't sell it for anything less than $9,500 IMO.
