How much should I sell my vehicle for?

I'm trying to sell my 2004 SR5 V6 4x2 but I've seen many ads online with different prices. The only extra accesories that it has are the roof fack and moonroof. It is Galactic Gray Mica and has 22,100 miles. The interior is clean and exterior is good except for a scrape on the left-rear.

I was thinking about letting it go to a private party for $23,000. What do you guys think?
