How much UBJ angle is too much?

Here's a picture of my upper control arm and UBJ currently. Should I be worried about tearing up the ball joints?

I can't see the pics but I know this much, I've got some nasty angle on my UBJ's and CV's due to the 3.5" of lift up front. I've already gone through two sets of UBJ's and 6 CV's. When I get back I'm going for the Camburg Uniball UCA's and some beefy CV's.

So I guess no definite opinion yet? I wonder what Jon considers a nasty angle...cause I probably have close to 3.5" as well.

And yes, there is some rust. My previous truck was from Texas, so I know what clean is...and this truck isn't perfect. But I've seen WAY worse...and nothing on my rig right now is in danger of compromising strength or function.

ive got close to the same angles that your looking at on the UBJ, im switching over to a UNI-ball UCA as soon as it comes in hopefully this week, and hope will eliminate some of the extreme angles
