How to adjust parking brake on 2002?

Is there a write up on how to adjust the parking (emercency) brake on a 2002 limited?

If not, has anyone done this that can give me some directions?

FSM Parking Brake Adjustment

Since you live in the snow/salt belt, you need to be sure your bellcranks (pivot and lever on back of drums that connects to e-brake cable) are not seized. Otherwise you are wasting your time. See this link:FSM-Bellcrank adjustment

I had to completely pull my bellcranks, polish with wire wheel on grinder, and reassemble with a ton of grease. Now e-brake works like a charm.

I had the same problem with my bellcranks. I was hammering away at one for over half an hour after drenching it in PB Blaster. That rubber boot doesn't really protect it
