How to change coolant

Hey guys I am brand new to this site and it's awesome. I am trying to DIY coolant change on a 07 four runner, however I am having trouble finding the radiator drain cock. Can someone point me in the right direction. Is it easier to just drain it by unclamping a hose? Thanks in advance.

Just open the drain from bottom of radiator and let it flow. Just did mine last week

Engine block holds lot of coolant, but I figure if you drain radiator often you will displace most of old stuff over time. Best way is to drain both radiator and the block.

On my 03 V8 it is very easy to change all the coolant. Attach a hose to the petcock on the side of the block and route it to a container and open the petcock. do this on both sides of the block. Then drain the radiator. Why only change 1/3 of the fluid by only doing the radiator? Also empty the plactic bottle where you check the level and add fluild. I take it off, clean it out and reinstall it.
