My car was recently involved in an accident while it was parked on the side of the street. The other driver managed to rack up around 5000$ in damages, and they hit my driver side door in the process.
Since I have got it back, I have had a slight suspicion that the driver side door speaker is not quite like it used to be. It sounds quieter or something, and when I pan music hard to the left and right, there seems to be a quality difference. These recordings feature very different sounds in the right and left channels though.
Do you guys have any ideas of how to test to see if anything has happened? I am probably going to convert a few songs to mono and test how they sound panned to the left or right. Any other ideas?
