yeah the jeep this was cool as long as it wasn't stolen. What did that guy do for the flat tire and the lighter? It looked like it reinflated.

That is a method I have seen used to reseat a tire to a wheel. Put some flammable liquid in the tire and then light it. The explosion increases the pressure in the tire and seats it. Not the safest method, but it seems to work in an emergency.
