Very easy to do:
1:Take off the panel under the steering wheel (2 screws)
2:Take off the metal shield behind that
3:Unbolt the fusebox
4:Rotate so you can get to the 3"x3" box on the backside.
5: Disconnect the light green with red stripe wire.
6:Cover the pin with electrical tape.
I don't like to be forced to have the sidemarker lights on, this way I have the choice.
