How to fill front seats with snow

It's easy. Just let wife take 4Runner to work because it has 4-wheel drive and we're in a winter storm warning, then see how instead of pushing Homelink button for garage door opener when arriving home she pushes the button that opens the sunroof! Not her fault. I often have trouble myself finding the right button at night. Needs better lighting.

Actually, we both had a good laugh. In fact, she said she was laughing when she was getting dumped on.

I broke out our Hoover carpet cleaner with the hand attachment to quickly clean the areas where electronics were involved (DAC, heated seats, 12-volt plug, etc), and also the track of the sunroof. She helped out with towels. We then closed the sunroof as there was almost 6" of snow on top (she took side roads, so snow never blew off).

I figured out how to fill the drivers door panel with mud, very similar technique......just hit the drivers window button off roading and voila......

Wasn't time. We were scrambling to get the snow off the console electronics, leather, carpet and everywhere else before it melted. We have a tuckunder well-insulated garage that is almost always above freezing. The 6" of snow on top of the roof was all melted this morning.

I do regret there wasn't a camcorder on board to record the event (and my wife's reaction) as it unfolded.

Nothing would have happened if the electronics got wet. I left the sunroof and passenger window open over night during the summer. We got like an 1" of rain that night.

I walked around work with a wet ass all day because I didnt know until I sat in a puddle.

BTW, I've only been living in the south for a few years. What's "snow"? I was fishing from my boat yesterday in a T-shirt by noon and am going to wash the car shortly since it's about 72 out...

I moved from Jackson, MS to St Louis, MO a couple of years ago (victim of the economy) so I know what you mean by that. It's nice to have that mild weather in the winter but the summers are hibernation time. Here, I have to park my hotrod in the winter. :shrug:
