How to fix tire pressure sensor

The tire pressure light on my dash is lit up even though I have plenty of tire pressure in all 4 tires. Has anyone run into this problem before?

The spare is often the culprit. Once the weather begins to cool, there are a rash of posts about TPMS.

For every 10 Degree F change in temperature your tire pressure changes about 1 PSI. If you were running 30 PSI when it was 90 degrees outside you'll be down to about 24 PSI when temps hit 30 degrees.

+1 on the spare. my light went off this weekend for just that reason. lower air temps mean lower air pressures.
