How to get 99.9 MPG

Here is an unaltered photo of the multi display in my 2003 4Runner SR5 V8 4WD. It was taken by a friend in the back seat while we were driving down the highway. As you can see, the vehicle is getting surprisingly good MPG. What's my secret? A hybrid engine? Special fuel additive? Hint: It involved coasting.
