How to haul MTB bikes with a CBI rear bumper w/swing-out tire carrier

I'm considering the CBI rear bumper 4th Gen 4Runner Rear Plate Bumper with Swing Away Tire Carrier | CBI Offroad Fab, I'm concerned about hauling my MTB bikes once I have it installed. Today I have a hitch mounted Kuat NV rack Products | Küat Racks. Hitch mounted tray racks are IMO the best way to carry MTB bikes, I'd like to be able to continue this. The question is, how can I do this if I have the swing out tire carrier installed as well? Initially I considered some sort of coupling for the Kuat that would extend it out far enough that I could still load up two MTBs and the handlebars would just clear the spare tire. What are your thoughts on this solution?

I really don't want to be putting my bikes on the roof, I want to continue to use some sort of tray setup to haul them. What other options can you think of to make the above setup work?

I have the same rear bumper set-up; get an extended hitch, works great!

Nice stuff but the bike rack looks to be a swing away itself; not sure that's the answer.

Hope someone pitches in. Im looking at a cbi or 4x4 as well and dont want to lose my bike rack. Don't want to deal with removing the wheel either or using the roof

4X4Labs swing out accessories are bolt ons. Looks like you can have both tire and bike mounts on separate arms.

The Kuat NV swings up and down. I can swing it down out of the way to allow the tire to swing open then the rear hatch to swing up open. Worst case if it doesn't clear the inner bike I pull it off the NV temporarily.

use a hitch extender and mount the bike rack to that. should clear the tire and work fine
