How to install dynamat

I recently had a new system installed in my 2005 4runner limited. It rattles like crazy so i have ordered some dynamat for the trunk area in the back thats taking all the beating from the subs. My only problem is i cant figure out how to remove the plastic so i can install the dynamat. Any suggestions on how i do this?

Search function seems not to work well any more. There are several thread hear on removing the factory amp/subwoofer and installing the Nav system -- they have step by step instuctions and pictures. To summarize: the rear carpet comes out, the upper seat belt bolts, rear plastic trim, then finally the side pieces being careful not to break the clips. Read thru and see if you can find the thread. It was in the audio section within the last 6 months.
