How to Make a 3VZE failproof.

I'm almost ready to pull the locked 3VZ-E in my 95 and turn it in to the rebuilders.

I plan on:
-Upgrading the head gaskets to prevent failure. Which gaskets should I use?
-Using Royal Purple Synthetic oil for the life of the vehicle at every 5k miles. Anyone have view on this?
-Upgrading the stock radiator and transmission cooler. I need help, here. What brands and what options do I have? I'm more focused on the transmission cooler.

Cost not being too much of an issue, what parts should I upgrade or change from OEM to ensure that I don't run into problems?

I live in Texas, so 90% of the time, the engine will be started hot, run hot, and will cool slowly [if it makes a difference].

The vehicle will not be run through enough water to touch the block or air intake.

I'll attach some pictures:
