how to make instrument cluster lights brighter?

even when the wheel is all the way up, my instrument gauges and dash lights are still sort of dim on my 06 SE. does anyone know if you can install a brighter bulb behind the gauges??

From what I understand there are no bulbs in the instrument cluster just LEDS that are most likely soldered in place.

Maybe there is an issue with your rheostat(the knob that controls brightness) that prevents the LEDS from reaching full brightness. I find that when the wheel is turned up all of the way it is too bright, at night anyway
