how to put back in place

This came out and I cant seem to put it back in. The green plastic screws won't go back in and would scratch the metal.

I'd take it back to the dealer and complain. It shouldn't be doing that and I'm not sure how they could blame it on user error.

My kid jumped from the back over to the 2nd row seat, thats how it happened...

If I remember right its easier to get it back in with the seat folded flat. I think the green screws pop in under the lip of the rear seat. Its been a while since i took mine off but i think you have to flex the spring to get it to fit right
