How to remove clear coat spray

Long story short I blacked out my emblems but decided i wanted them to be 'shiny' rather than dullish so I a type of clear coat spray paint type thing on them (after i already put them back onto the car) and i wasnt able to wipe the remaining spray around the emblems off so theres a hazey glare around them.. how do I get this off? I can post pics if needed. makin my runner look dirty ((

try some laquor thinner on a rag

Second this.

My uncle who owns a body shop taught me this to get off poorly matched touch up paint that the previous owner put on. It won't hurt the the factory paint (but will strip off the wax).
