How to remove gray trim around speedometer?

So as the title says... Anyone know how to remove the gray trim around the speedometer/rpm/gas gauge? Its gray plasticy and is like 3 circles.. oOo is what it looks like I guess? I dont want to completly maul the dash to get it out =]. Also can i use like regular white bathroom caulk to seal a headlighht housingg?

Yes, I change my oil, which requires me to remove 12mm & 14mm bolts, but no 10mm ones! Yes I am being a smartass.

changing out a light bulb, dont require a removal of any bolts, door panels has no bolts, adding a bigger rear view mirror no bolts. changing air filter no bolts, wipers no bolts.

Guys, he is just asking a question. Don't rank on him for whatever he wants to do to his own truck. Answering the question would be nice. And I think it's a great question as well if he wanted to paint it black or plasti-dip it to match the black dash. To each his own...thats Just my .02 =.
