How to Remove Interior Cargo Panel?

The trunk door of our 2007 4runner was dented this weekend by someone and I think it should be a fairly easy fix. I am having trouble figuring out how to remove the rear panel so I can get access to the metal to pound it out. Does anyone know how I can remove the plastic panel beneath the rear window? I've attached a picture of the panel I'd like to remove.

Thanks so much for any help.

Sarah

the panel is easy, just a screwdriver, flat head behind it w/a towel and pop out the rivets arounf the side and the bottom first...then I just hit the bottom w/ a rubber hammer and the top popped right off. That part was easy. Put it back on in reverse order, top first, using rubber hammer, then pop in the rivets or snaps whatever they are called and you're golden...takes 2 minutes...but you have a lot of interior deals to deal with. A lot of electronics and the window mechanism...good luck. Hope you can get to the dent
