How to replace the air filter on a 4th gen?

I am fairly new to auto maintanence and repair. After reading the posts about K&N air filter, I can't wait to order and put it on my 'runner (.. well.. for the first time in my life to get into the engine bay..other than replace these light bulbs that is). However, I am not even sure where this thing sould go..:bonk:
It shouldn't be terriblely difficult, should it?

Any help/instruction/comment would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, very simple.

1. Open the hood
2. Look at the black plastic cover that says "VVT-i V6"
3. Just to your left side will be a black plastic box (connected to the cover)
4. There are 2 clips in the front. Undo them.
5. Air filter is inside.
