But I wouldn't start cutting my truck up because of this. What can you really do about it ? Female shouldn't even get upset about it ,it's not your fault. Honestly. And not to be mean. I would probably just pull over and drop her if there an then if she is crying that she's a little heavy and the truck rubs with her in it. I mean, you can't lose sleep over it dude.

"Ok, When I have a second person in my truck and I pull into a driveway type entry I get a slight rubbing. It must be minor because it's only when there's a second person in the truck. Is there anyplace I should be careful of when looking to trim?"

There isn't anything on my truck or motorcycles I wouldn't cut to make my wife feel better. A vehicle is a vehicle, and while I could have my 4runner the the rest of my life I damn sure want to keep my wife. So kudos to you, sir, for being willing to put a woman's feelings before resale value.

That said, my wife doesn't ride in the truck or on the motorcycles so the only cutting I do is for me. For what that's worth.

But to answer your question, If she's fat and that bothers you you should just have not got her to get ice cream. If she's fat and it does not bother you how she is, tell her. If she continues to cry and won't understand a thing, well she's a retard and continue your way.

Yea sorry. Not cutting up my vehicle. If someone is causing suspension to rub maybe they should consider a diet. Just be honest with the person.

Or set the truck up so it doesn't rub in the first place under any conditions. If it rubs with a passenger, it's damn sure going to rub HARD on a trail.

Noted, you want to make you wife feel better, but at the potential expense of her health/ safety? That's like tampering with the scale so she won't feel as bad when she stands on it...
Wife for life, until she dies early of heart disease. He also said she was a friend, not wife/ girlfriend.

You're in for it too, when she learns that you tampered with the scale/ chopped up the vehicle. Because she will eventually find out. That'll make her feel REALLY fat, and like you were just tired of hearing her cry. That'll make her feel very guilty too. You'll be very lucky if she takes it the 'right way'.

Regardless of WHO/WHAT makes it rub/ crunch, trimming doesn't FIX the problem, it only masks it. If you've already started, then keep going I guess, but real problem and real fix is your suspension.

lol @ woman crying and not finishing her ice cream because the tire rubbed. Insecure chicks be crazy. Glad I wasn't in your shoes. Seems like an experience that I may have had at one time or another and buried deep in the dark corners of my foggy memory. The biggest woman I was with probably weighed about my weight, so maybe not that specific problem, but probably something equally ridiculous.

BTW, I'll take a self-confident fatty any day. Or I would have before I got married
