the weathertech floorliners give a little more protection up the sides of the carpet & over the side floor sill molding, ya know the one that gets scratched from your foot. some say theyre slippery when wet, but you can always just put a cheap rubber mat( or cut a piece to size), inside like i did. good speakers would be more $, ive got the stick on vent visors since 06 with no problems. some people say the in channel stretch the channel a bit so if ya later on decide to take em out, there might be a slight whistling sound. ( thats just what ive read/heard) always bought the stick ons, either way its nice to crank open the window abit & not have rain drip in. there have also been some that have the factory mats & say ( and have shown pics) that the rubber fins sometime rip from the mats after awhile , again, i cant tell you that from experience, just reading about it, but the weathertechs will most likely last the life of the vec. if the stick on visors ever start to pull away, mine hasnt yet, just replace the tape with a new piece... so ,yea, id go with the front floorliners first, (check out the pics of them on theyre site) ,window visors 2nd. speakers 3rd.
