Hub size of Trail wheels?

Are stock trail wheels 106 bore to perfectly fit the 106 hub or are they slightly larger like some 108 wheels?

They are 106mm. You can get 1mm hub rings from Gorilla to make 108's fit the 106 hub.

They are crazy expensive for what they are (1mm thick plastic), they tend to get lost at shops, and/or break over time.
