Hard to tell from the video. I would recommend chocking the front tires, putting the rear axle on jack stands with the rear tires not touching the ground, then trying to replicate the noise while trying to locate the source of the noise. A mechanics stethoscope or screwdriver/prybar is helpful in isolating the noise as well.

Not sure but I heard some crackling with groan. Could be a number of things but checking the headers and exhaust wouldn't hurt for rust holes or loose flange bolts, gaskets.
I do have an exhaust leak but that’s not what I’m chasing. Want to address other noise first
I did that I’ve tried to isolate it but the hollow driveshaft sounds like it’s coming at the driveshaft but I know it’s not the sound is traveling. There’s noise in rear diff and near output shaft on trans. Hard to say but it does sound like rear diff. I’m trying to find a used one and go with that for now and if that’s the problem I’ll have the extra 3rd member to learn how to rebuild it and maybe regear it same time

Have you considered a pinion angle? Even being off by a couple degrees will make the cardan joint hum. Just a guess tho
I did consider the angle I was told 2wd will make some noise when lifted because it doesn’t have the double joint driveshaft like the 4wd it just seems excessively loud for it to be just that.

I know my 3rd member hummed. How I prove it was it and gear wear was by running 100% locus heavy duty oil stabilizer as a test.
The noise dropped significantly. So I just ran it that way until I got a good 3rd member to swap it out with

If you're lifted and 2WD I would absolutely check your angle then and possibly consider a shaft with a double cardan.

Similar to rear wheel bearing noise but wouldn’t it make noise always and not just when letting off gas? Or lightly pressing gas? Both highway speeds.
Yeah I was told there will be some noise because lifted at 2wd but it just seems louder than usual so that’s why I’m thinking it’s not because of the angle. I could be wrong though still could be angle

My 2003 is doing the exact same thing.
I'll chime in and beat the horse again on this post lol. Mine did that same type of noise but at a faster speed. Turned out was rear wheel bearings. A quick check if you have abs is to remove the wheel speed sensor with a 10mm wrench and pull the sensor out of the axle. Don't have to take the wheel off either. If you see fluid on the tone ring teeth you've found your problem. When gear oil gets in to the bearing and wash's the grease out, it is essentially rubbing metal on metal and that is the noise your hearing. Mine was pretty loud coasting but press the gas a bit and it went away. The torque quieted down the noise but no load made the sound worse.
