Hunting for an '06 SE w/ Leather

I am in the market for a new 4Runner Sports Edition, however I can't get it in leather. The dealer gave me some story about getting it done aftermarket, however I've seen posts on here with people that have gotten leather on their new SE. Which markets offer it?

my 06 runner came with leather i bought it from clearwater toyota.driver and passenger seats are power and both are heated

Get the cloth and upgrade to the TRD Leather seats with perforated inserts from Classic Soft Trim. It's two tone and wayyyy slicker than factory.

SE with leather trim is only available in some regions (like the southeast). All other regions, it is a dealer/port option. Based on the models I have seen up here with "aftermarket" leather seats, the factory leather is not as smooth or uniform in color as the aftermarket (not to mention that you can add seat heaters with aftermarket too)...

I'd definately go aftermarket leather if afforded that choice again

If are putting leather on after the fact...make sure you don't get the side airbags option. I don't think that aftermarket seat covers are compatible with the side SRS.

Aftermarket can handle with and without Side Air Bags.

I work for Toyota in Portland, Oregon. Leather/Heated Seats is not an option on any 06 SE, in any region. It is done after the fact as a dealer add on....most likely Classic Soft Trim or Coach.

this lists leather as an option on ext/int for the V8 SE 4x4...
Not sure who did the leather or where it was done, but it shows as an option...

Aftermarket can handle with and without Side Air Bags.

Aren't the side SRS inside the seat? How does aftermarket deal with that...I was told it could not. If so, hey, time to get some seat covers...
