Hvac backlighting out

Stereo and rest of dash light up fine and also work with the fader, but the backlighting in the hvac controls are completely out. What's the most likely culprit and how ease to fix? I'm assuming it's just 2 or 3 small bulbs burned out behind the control panel? If so, how to take apart to replace?

I just replaced mine last weekend when I put in my new stereo. On mine (96) it was just one bulb, a 74. I bought a two pack at Autozone for $5. I"m not sure if all the 4runner years have the same setup. Check this link for help. You basically just pull the knobs off and pop the hvac plate off.

Hmm, now I'm wondering how hard the dash/gauges are to pull apart. Would be nice to pull the condoms off of those too and not only have maching lights all over but a brighter dash all over too.

Thanks guys, took $4 and 5 minutes and I have an extra bulb to boot. A note, the book and computer at pep boys both said I needed a 194 bulb, but I bought a 74 as was referenced in the other thread. We were right, they were wrong :)
